We can provide with below nonwoven fabric with PE film laminated.
1. μικρό: spunbonded nonwoven fabric = single layer pp nonwoven spunbonded
2. SS: spunbonded nonwovens = two layers of pp nonwoven spunbonded
3. SSS: spunbonded nonwovens = three layers of pp nonwoven spunbonded
4. SMS: spunbonded nonwovens + melt blown nonwovens + spunbonded nonwovens = three-layer of pp nonwoven spunbonded
5. SMMS: spunbonded nonwovens + melt blown nonwovens + melt blown nonwovens + spunbonded nonwovens = four layers of pp nonwoven spunbonded
Our PP nonwoven fabric with PE film laminated with good tensile strength, because we use Germany production line and SINOPEC raw material.
The pp nonwoven fabric for medical and health work usually use 35gsm-70 gsm.
We can do customized pp nonwoven fabric and PE thickness is also according to customer requirement.
Our PP nonwoven fabric can add antibacterial, antistatic masterbatch, anti alcohol, anti plasma, water repellent and hydrophilic masterbatch.

We use famous brand polypropylene particles as raw material, adding color masterbatch like blue, κίτρινος, ροζ, green to satisfy our customers’ demand. We add antistatic masterbatch, hydrophilic masterbatch, matting master batch, anti aging masterbatch, anti UV masterbatch, aromatic Masterbatch etc.
Our polypropylene nonwoven fabric is according to American and European standard.
We mainly export by sea or by train. Using seaworthy packing and fumigated pallet.
We can do OEM logo and special packing. We also support cutting our fabric to special shape, because we have our own factory to do OEM.
