M2000 COMPOST TURNER has the obvious advantages of low investment, low energy consumption, fast fertilizer production and large output. Our windrow turners are ideal equipments for fully self-propelled walking and using modern technology to transform agricultural waste, poultry waste storage and organic biological waste into high quality bio-organic fertilizer. It has been applied to sludge treatment in sewage treatment plant, soil treatment in chemical plant, household garbage treatment and mine slag treatment.

Specially Designed Roller

Manganese steel cutters on the roller are strong and corrosion resistant. By scientific spiral design, while the machine crushing the raw materials, mixing and turning the raw materials uniformly with one thousandth dispersion, and filling the compost with oxygen and cooling at the same time.

According to the different characteristics of the raw material involves matching special roller and cutter.

Slab Structure Design

Hydraulic Lifter
