q: What is the major difference between a spur gear motor and a planetary gear motor?
A: Generally speaking, the planetary gearing structure is much stronger than a spur one. Therefore, a planetary gear motor endures much higher torque than a spur gear motor in equivalent size.
q: What is delivery time for a sample?
A: It depends, normally 1~2 weeks.
q: What is delivery time for mass production?
A: 3~4 weeks if there is no additional requirements.

A: a) For samples and small batches, we recommend FedEx and UPS express door to door. It is very fast, safe and convenient.
b) For mass production, we recommend shipment by sea and by airfreight and go with FOB/CIF/CFR terms.
