Hot Yuzu Pepper Paste (Handmade Oita Yuzu Kosho) It is a traditional Japanese seasoning. “Yuzu Kosho” is a spicy, salty condiment that is made by seasoning a paste of green chill pepper and green yuzu peel with sea salt. Aged for 1 year to bring out its taste and aroma. Indispensable for yakitori and barbecue. Add directly to chicken, pork, beef or add to pasta sauce, marinades, salad dressings, soups and eggs.
Store in cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
