1.Q: What kind of ink and printers is your inkjet heat transfer paper compatible with?

UN: Our inkjet heat transfer paper est compatible with water based ink(dye et pigment ink), all kinds of normal inkjet printers.

2.Q: How to set the heat press machine’s temperature and time for your light and dark paper?

UN: For the light transfer paper, we could set the heat press machine à 185℃/365℉ pour 15 secondes.

For dark one, we could set the heat press machine à 185℃/329℉ pour 25 secondes, medium pressure.

3.Q: Could your products be used with house iron and how can I use it?

UN: Oui, our heat transfer paper is ok for house iron. It needs more pressure so tu peux press pour sur one minute, but do NOT use the steam function.

Light paper set cotton or linen button, dark paper set cotton button.

4.Q: Will it be fade after printing with normal ink?

UN: Non, it won’t. Our heat transfer paper est made of PU material compatible with normal inkjet printer, which is washable and hardly faded.

5.Q: Why does the ink spill when printing?

UN: We should set the printer on mini amount of ink and set “quality option” on “Photo”,but NOT "File” when printing.

6.Q: Is your heat transfer paper washable? For how many times?

UN: Hi, our heat transfer paper material is PU materials, qui a high temperature resistance. It is lavable, washing times at least 80times. (When washing clothes need inside out, please try NOT to use the bleach.)
