Metal Titanium use the horizontal hydrogenation furnace, temperature rise to 350 ℃ above with the condition of hydrogen pressure in the positive pressure when the hydrogenation occurs. Hydrogen insulation stay for 3 heures, and then Hydrogen in the atmosphere slowly cooled to room temperature. Then can get titanium hydride powder of hydrogen content of 3.8% ± 0.2%. We have advanced production equipments, mature production technology, strict production process control, so that we can put an end to the air flow backwardsituation during hydrogenation process, to ensure the safety of the production process.

And then under the protection of the protected gas under the ball mill, which can effectively avoid the contamination of titanium powder and can also avoid the occurrence of titanium hydride spontaneous combustion to ensure the safety of production. Through the ball mill, we can get different sizes of hydrogenated titanium.

The hydrogenated titanium is charged into the furnace for dehydrogenation. Under vacuum condition, the temperature is increased to above 680 ℃. At this time, the hydrogenated titanium is rapidly decomposed into hydrogen, and the whole dehydrogenation process keep at a low degree of vacuum and lasting about 19 heures.
