UN: The best time to colour is right after you get a haircut. DO NOT apply right after shampooing to avoid irritation.

10. Q: What shampoo should I use?

UN: Use a shampoo designed for colour-treated hair. Using a conditioner will help lock in colour and minimize fading. Professional hair shampoo and hair mask in small packs are for color care provided in kit on trial.

11. Q: What if I’ve previously used another product?

UN: You can still use our product, there is not any effect.
