2.Q: Can I order a sample or trial order to test the quality and market? UN: Of course yes, you are welcome to order the samples before confirming final order at any time. Mixed samples are also acceptable. Samples will be shipped within 20 journées(better to check with our customer-service about the delivery time) after receiving 100% Paiement. The sample charge will be refunded after you place an order.
3.Q: Can you help me design or modified the products as we request? UN: We have R&D capability and professional & efficient team, customized service and OEM/ODM are welcome. We will try our best to make it come true as long as you have a good idea.
4.Q: What if there is quality problem when we get the goods? UN: If there is quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC Dept.. will check the problem and give best solutions to you ,namely replace some parts and fittings,etc.Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future.
