UN: We are trading company with our own factory.
2.Q: Can you do customized designs and packaging? UN: Oui, Le service OEM est disponible.
3.Q: What is OEM procedure? UN: Making Sample – Place Orders – Bulk – Inspection – Shipment Based on the artwork or techpack provided by the customer, factory will make Counter Sample for approval firstly. Bulk only can be processed once sample is approved. Mass production will follow approved sample and confirmed packaging requirements.Once final inspection is passed, the cargo can be shipped accordingly.
4.Q: What is your MOQ and how is the Price? UN: MOQ is 100-500pcs per color per design. You may also purchase stocks on our website.FOB price is based on your designs, materials, specifications and the quantity.
5.Q:Can I get discounts?
UN: Oui, for big order and frequent customers, we’ll give reasonable discounts.
6.Q: How about your sample fee? UN: Sample fee(personnalisé) is required and will be returned after the bulk order placed. it takes $100/style/color/size with freight paid at buyer’s account.
7.Q: How long is the Lead-time for production? UN: Normalement 30-45 days after sample confirmed and deposit receipt.
8.Q: Do you work with some big brands?
UN: Oui, we do work with a lot of big brands in Australia, Etats-Unis, and UK and so on.
9.Q: How do you control the products’ quality?
UN: We have QA&QC department and all the products will be 100% checkd before pack. And you can send your QC team or ask the 3rd party to inspect the products before we ship.
