FKD – 820 Low odor heavy duty solvent emulsion cleaner

Fakeda solvent emulsion cleaner is a unique blend of low odor solvents and emulsifiers formulated to clean heavy soils. Specially designed for cleaning and upgrading tankers, cleaning pump rooms and bilges. Welson TK can be used to remove a variety of greases, oils, and other organic soils. It is safe on all metals and coatings. It can be rinsed with either fresh or sea water.

Engine Room

Oil and grease accumulations aon diesel engine exteriors, compresseurs, pumps and other machinery are quickly and easily removed with our product. Spray or brush with it onto the surfaces to be cleaned. Flush off with pressure stream of water.

Tank Tops And Bulkheads

Hardened oil splatters and spills are effectively removed with the Emulsion cleaner applied by brush or spray. Let soak 15-30 minutes, then rinse with pressure stream of water or with wet stream.

Tank Cleaning

Cargo tanks and deep tanks are easily cleaned with emulsion cleaner.. Spray directly on entire, surface or introduce in Butterworth wash water.

Bilges

Because of the high quantity of emulsifiers in our Emulsion cleaner, the bilge area and other areas that accumulate oils can be cleaned and rinsed freely.

General Degreasing

It can be used straight or diluted with water according to severity of cleaning job. It can be applied by brushing, mopping, dipping or spraying. Allow it to penetrate soil for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with fresh or sea water.

Précautions

Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Use in well-ventilated area and keep away from open flame. See addition precautions on drum label.
