This product can be built into a wall, surround or structure. Please take note of the product dimensions and build your wall, surround or structure accordingly. You are required to leave a minimum of 400mm from the base of the fuelbed to any shelf/enclosure above the product. This will allow enough space above the product to allow the flames to form fully and not to be obstructed.

Q1. Can I have a sample order?

UN: Oui, nous nous félicitons de la commande d'échantillon pour tester et vérifier la qualité. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.

Q2. Qu'en est-il du délai de livraison?

UN: Le délai de livraison de l'échantillon est 15 journées, production lead time is 45 à 60 days depends on the production status.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement?

UN: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.

Q4. Comment expédiez-vous les marchandises et combien de temps faut-il pour arriver?

UN: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 jours pour arriver. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

Q5. How to proceed an order?

UN: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

Q6. How about the payment term?

UN: 100% TT for sample or small quantity order. 30% dépôt et 70% balance against copy BL for container order.
