This product can be built into a wall, surround or structure. Please take note of the product dimensions and build your wall, surround or structure accordingly. You are required to leave a minimum of 400mm from the base of the fuelbed to any shelf/enclosure above the product. This will allow enough space above the product to allow the flames to form fully and not to be obstructed.

Q2. Hoe zit het met de doorlooptijd?

EEN: Sample lead time is 15 dagen, production lead time is 45 tot 60 days depends on the production status.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement?

EEN: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.

Q4. Hoe verzendt u de goederen en hoe lang duurt het voordat ze aankomen?

EEN: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 dagen om aan te komen. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

Q5. How to proceed an order?

EEN: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

Q6. How about the payment term?

EEN: 100% TT for sample or small quantity order. 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy BL for container order.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

EEN: Ja, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

Q8: Do you accept customized design?

EEN: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.
