UN:Certo,common products are allow to be exchanged as long as you pay the freight cost.
Q:Do you have any warranty period for your parts ?
UN:sì,we have warranty period for our parts.3 months for PCB,2 years for original roller and other roller,3-5 years for COMI roller and 1 year for Yaskawa inverter.Pleas contact me to get more detail information for other products.
Q:What should I do when the goods does’t work during the warranty period?
UN:You can send it back to have it repaired,and the cost of freight and repair will paid by you.
