After several previous experimental verification, our aluminium laminated film owns good applicability for all kinds of tabs. It can be seen from the chart that with the increase of heat sealing temperature, the heat sealing strength basically has an increasing trend. especially above 180 ℃, the heat sealing strength can be reached 75N/15mm. Temperature reaches between 190-215 ℃, heat Seal strength maintained sopra 85 N/15mm. When temperature is between 195-215 ℃, it is more than 90 N/15mm. Our aluminium laminated film maintainS a high heat sealing strength in a wide temperature range which is quite favorable for the battery processing and durable usage.
