EEN: Ja, actually this is what we are good at.
Q: Can you change the output shaft of the motor?
EEN: Ja, no problem.
Q: Does the motor rotate in both directions (CW and CCW)?
EEN: Ja, it does.
Q: What is the major difference between a spur gear motor and a planetary gear motor?
EEN: In het algemeen, the planetary gearing structure is much stronger than a spur one. Therefore, a planetary gear motor endures much higher torque than a spur gear motor in equivalent size.
Q: What is delivery time for a sample?
EEN: It depends, normally 1~2 weeks.
Q: What is delivery time for mass production?
EEN: 3~4 weeks if there is no additional requirements.

EEN: A) For samples and small batches, we recommend FedEx and UPS express door to door. It is very fast, safe and convenient.
B) Voor massaproductie:, we recommend shipment by sea and by airfreight and go with FOB/CIF/CFR terms.

EEN: Zeker. Normally we will ask you some questions regarding application, dimensies, rated voltage, speed at load/no load, torque at load/stall. i.e. a robot motor with diameter 37mm, 12V, 100rpm and 2Kgf.cm at load.
