We’re factory in Foshan. We manufacture products ourself and we source from other collaborative factories too which guarantees a competitive price and product variety.

LONGJU products are manufactured in compliance with the strict quality standards in the industry. In other words, we keep a top-quality level in the industry. Please feel free to ask us for samples or visit our factory to check our product quality. We are committed to continuously improve our product quality and responsible for any quality problems. We provide free replacement or refund for any shipments with quality problems.

3.Verzending

We off free express shipping, and usually we use DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT for the shipping.

We do not uarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

LONGJU production is usually packed in container load, ocean shipping & air freight are the most usual ways we are using.

After the PI confirmed, payment can be by T/T, Paypal, Western Union.

5. What if the tiles are broken during transition?

All our products are insuranced, our after sales will sort our the reasons and will sure you’ll be properly compensated.

7.Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Ja, wij doen. We have some products in stock. We do have a M.O.Q requirement to start production. This M.O.Q varies by the technics and machines. Normaal gesproken, it is around 1 pallet or half pallet load per item. Please feel free to contact us and we will check detail for you.
