Glaze Tile Corrugated Roll Forming Machine

The Glaze Tile steel corrugated roll forming machine is the equipment to press the 0.3~1.0 mm colored steel sheet through rolling and cold bending into all kinds of wave pattern sheets. These wave pattern colored sheets will be used to construct or to complete the construction of buildings. They are used in roof, residential or industrial places, worksites and many others buildings.

The wave sheets resulting from the process with the Glaze steel corrugated roll forming machine are light weight with high strength and rich colors. They are earthquake-proof and fireproof among other useful characteristics for the construction purpose nowadays. In order to meet all requirements to work on high and low strength sheets, Sanxing improved the design of the forming press. A herringbone roller was adding between wave crests of frames making the pressed Glaze sheet with beautiful appearance and increasing its strength.

All the rollers from the Glaze steel corrugated roll forming machine are forged from high quality steel and are processed intensely through high frequency hardening, quenching and tempering. Their surfaces are plated with hard chromium and they are smooth and wear proof. The flat steel corrugated roll forming machine has a computer to control length and other measurements.
