Question 1. Which material can be used for plush toy?

The plush toy can be made by soft fleece, plush fleece, stuffed by PP cotton or foam particle . We can recommend the fit material according to your design.

Question 2. Can you make the color of the plush toy as we need?

Ja, you can appoint the color you need for the toy. Give the PMS color number to us. If the quantity you need is small, we can find the similar material as you need. If the quantity is big, we can customize the fabric as the Pantone color you need.

Question 3. How about the logo?

We will make your logo by printing or embroidery method according to your requirements.

Question 4. Can you help for design?

Ja, we have our own designer. You can give your logo and idea to us, we can provide the design work.

Question 5. How can I get the sample?

After approved the design, material and printing or embroidery, you pay the sample cost and we will make the sample for you. We will send you photos once sample be finished. If it is ok, we will send out the sample for your approval.

Question 6. How can I control the quality of the goods?

We have strict quality control systerm while production. You can arrange the third party inspection company come to our company to inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.

Question 7. How about the shipping?

You can use your own forwarder to ship the goods or use our good cooperated forwarder. If you are not good at shipping, we can help you finish all process.
