Q:How do you control the quality?

EEN:Our factory has 6 years experience in plush toys manufacture. And all of our workers have 5-10 years experience in plush toys. We check the finished toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.

Q:How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

EEN:Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.
