With manipulator of feeding,blanking the hanlde automatically, het heeft 2 drills and and 2 tufting tool, modular and horizontal design, integrates drilling, tufting, trimming, labeling,etc and could meet varieties, small batch production needs.
This machine could be used as primary brush making equipment for factory and suitable for all kinds brush,e.g. toilet brush, disc brush, roller brush depending different platform.
1. Tufting way: flat wire or round wire

*CNC control system, touch screen, Chinese and English interface,
*Allows 1000 different program stored. With virtual 2D and 3D display, it’s easy to set up a new program.
