JC Rapid operates two main business units which includes the manufacturing of precision CNC engineering parts, plastic injection molds, plastic injection molding and rapid prototyping.
We have in excess of 20 professional engineers with an extensive range of technical skills including, Research and Engineering,CNC CAD/CAM programming, Tooling design and injection molding.
The JC precision CNC machining business unit focusses on the day to day running of our existing manufacturing activities and commissioning new projects/contracts taking the following aspects into account;
1. New manufacturing processes and challenges specific to a new assignment to eliminate all potential risks.
2.Communicating and suggesting possible design changes to client that would minimize production risks.
3.Designing and implementing innovative manufacturing techniques specific to an assignment.

Q2 Which 3d drawing files should go with the machines?
EEN: CNC machines only read *IGS,*STP,*STEP,*IGES,*X-T format, For *STL format,it goes with 3d printer and SLA.
Q3 What do you need to send a quotation ?
EEN: Usually we need the 3D files of customers’ project, materiaal, quantity of the injection parts, color and surface treatment
customer need .
Q4: Is it possible to know how’s product going on without visiting your company?
EEN: We will offer the schedule of mold making, send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining
progress.
