12000 Btu 48V DC 100% solar powered air conditioner

Hybrid solar air-conditioner is driven by electricity and with solar energy as an auxiliary power. The two kinds of energy work complementally in accordance with principles of fluid dynamics. It combines the absorption working system with compression system by using environmental-friendly media in cooling and heating on the basis of traditional air-conditioner technology to achieve energy-saving and environment protection.

1.Three power supply modes

1)Mode without AB

Electricity from solar power together with commercial electricity are directly supplied to air con.

2)Mode with AB

Electricity from solar power is firstly stored in AB and then supplied to the air con by adapter,together with commercial electricity.

3)Mode without commercial electricity

Commercial electricity is cut off and the power supply of the unit is completely from solar power.

2.Flat Plate Solar Collector- 40% more efficient

1)Flat-plate solar collector adopts air-conditioning heat exchange principle, using fluorine resin coating, with anti-reflection, high absorption rate, anti-rust, long duration, high thermal efficiency.

2)Closed design, TU1 as a heat collection material, the best heat transfer effect, unique materials as a heat medium, to ensure maximum heat absorption and storage.

3.Outdoor unit

Firstly, it absorbs solar energy to heat the inside medium by using a vacuum solar collector. The refrigeration from the compressor goes through the copper coil inside the collector and undertakes a heat exchange. The refrigeration exchange heat with the medium inside the solar collector will go through a cycle inside the system for cooling and heating.

Secondly, it adopts a high efficient heat-exchange system. The use of the internal thread pipe, hydrophilic aluminium fin and the optimal heat exchange system reduce energy loss, improve the overall efficiency and effectively ensure the performance. Therefore, hybrid solar air conditioner  is more convenient and energy-saving than regular air conditioner.

Q: Are your factory or trade company?

A: We have our own shareholder factory produced our own brand SANG, we supply OEM service for Haier, Dakin, Electrolux and so on.

Q: What’s your MOQ?

A: 1*40’HQ/per model.

Q: What’s the of terms of payment?

A:  30%TT in advance, the balance,should be paid before 10days delivery.

Q: What’s the delivery time?

A: 40 Days for 1st order, 35days for repeat order after receiving 30%T/T.

Q: How about the packing?

A: packed in carton, can customized different logo according to customers’ requirements.

Q: What about the warranty?

A: We can give 0.5% free spare parts of the total value when order confirmed. If large quantity of products run abnormally from certain shipment, our engineer will join the inspection or return faulty goods to the factory for further tests when necessary. Once it proves to be our quality problems, we will provide replaced models in next shipment for free.

Q: How about your quality control system for Air Conditioner production?

A: There is a quality certified process for our external materials suppliers before we purchase materials from them. The metal parts will produce by our workshop under our strict QC control. Before on line production, all the materials will be inspected by the IQC, only the past will send to the assemble line. And then in line we step with IPQC, IQC, who will make sure each unit in good quality. Before shipment, the QA will make inspection for the goods and only the past lot can inform the customers for his inspection or shipment arrangement.
