2: How does your factory ensure quality control?
In our factory, we perform the following procedures to ensure quality and optimal performance:
a. Incoming material control: our chemical raw materials are purchased from world famous brands, including DOWS, Basf and Air Products. We also do incoming inspections on all of our tire and wheel materials.
b. Inspections during production and after production on all of our products.
c. After the tires are assembled, our testing includes side impact crash testing, rolling drum testing and bump testing to ensure the product’s quality and safety.
3: Can my logo or brand be printed on the product?
Yes, OEM and ODM are both available upon request. For our polyurethane tires, we can print your brand on the tire and the rim. For our foam-filled tires, we can print your brand only on the rim. In order to do so, we will need to create a custom mold, so a mold fee will be incurred and production time will be increased.
