Q: Can I get free samples for test from your company?
A: Samples are avialable, all customers must pay the sample fee and shipping cost, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you

Q: How about the Delivery time?

A: 30 – 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.

Q:What’s the payment term?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by TT.

Q: How long can I get the feedback after we send the inquiry?
A: We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.

Q: Are you a direct manufacture or trading company?
A:We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sales all by ourselves.
