1. How long is your production lead time? Usually, mass production lead-time is 20-30 days upon receipt of your first order, deposit and sample approval. Repeat orders can be 30-35 days upon receipt order and deposit. Sampling lead-time is about 3-5 days upon request, 14-20 days If there is a new tooling or specially customized spec required.
2. What is your payment term? Alibaba Trade Assurance Service, T/T, West Union, Paypal are available. Our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance paid before delivery or shipping.
3. Can I get a sample? The Sample which you interest in or your designs is available. The fee will be discussed according to different samples.
4. What is the trade term? We will count cheapest shipping cost in EXW, FOB, CIF.
5.How to ship goods to us? Usually FOB Shenzhen and CIF your port. EXW is also OK. Shipping by sea, by air, by express are available.
