1. How long is your production lead time? Usually, mass production lead-time is 20-30 days upon receipt of your first order, deposit and sample approval. Repeat orders can be 30-35 days upon receipt order and deposit. Sampling lead-time is about 3-5 days upon request, 14-20 days If there is a new tooling or specially customized spec required.
2. What is your payment term? Alibaba Trade Assurance Service, T/T, West Union, Paypal are available. Our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance paid before delivery or shipping.
3. Can I get a sample? The Sample which you interest in or your designs is available. The fee will be discussed according to different samples.
