This is new advanced twin screw extruder for aluminum composite panel production line, it has good output extrusion capacity for both polyethylene and B1 mineral materials, also the power consumption low.
Parallel Twin Screw Extruder
This is new advanced twin screw extruder for aluminum composite panel production line, it has perfect output extrusion capacity.
The line speed can be max 7m/min for B1 FR ACP.

90° Three Roller Calendar Type
This type design is good for different kinds quality of polyethylene, also good for signage panel, high glossy panel, etc.

This type design is good for good quality of polyethylene, good for thick panel and B1 FR panel, steel composite panel, stainless steel composite panel, etc.

Stablely Unwinding System
With Evertopesty’s double head moveable hydraulic collapsible chunk uncoiler, the aluminum can be stablely unwinding, to make the composite tension very steadily. It can make sure the composite panel surface very flat.
Automatic Electrical Control System
