This product is fermented with soybeans and domestically produced wheat in the ratio of 100 to 15. Soybeans contain abundant protein, but with relatively little dietary fiber, so we mixed wheat with abundant dietary fiber into soybeans to make natto with a good nutritional balance. It has been a popular product for over 26 years
