Speaking of vodka, it is associated with ‘ strong Russian alcohol, ‘ and most of them are made from barley, wheat, potatoes, etc. A Japanese sake brewery in Hyogo prefecture produces Japanese craft vodka that distinguishes it from other conventional products.The primary feature is the raw material.
It is made on the basis of Japanese staple rice and expresses the taste of pure rice.
Ofcourse just like regular vodka, distilled rice alcohol is filtered by charcoal from white birch.
When included in the mouth, the soft and gorgeous aroma spreads out and you can feel the taste of pure rice without miscellaneous taste.
This rice base sprits is well matched for cocktail such as screwdriver, moscowmule etc.
