Q1: Can I get samples?
Yes, certainly. We will provide the existing samples, Sample fee is refundable when you make an order from us.
We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be convenient for both of us. If you don’t have a relevant account, we will immediately create a link on alibaba and send you at the meantime, what you need to do is just make a purchase.

Q2: How long is the sample lead time?
We could arrange the existing samples’ express delivery within 1 week. For customized samples, it depends on the material of frames, usually it takes around 30-60 days.

Q3: Can I customize my logo or any redesign the products?
Yes, of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color available as well. We still have our own design team, who have 24 years design experience. We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impressive.

Q4:What about the warranty?
We have warranty for our clients,we can negotiate if clients get the item with defect or broken frame.

Q5: What are the certifications do you have?

Q6: What’s lead time for bulk order?
1, For PC injection frames, it takes around 80 days to produce.
2, For Acetate frames, it takse around 90 days to produce.
3, For Metal frames, it taks around 90 days to produce.

Q7: Can I customize my own packing?
Yes, OEM packing is avaliable when the order amount is more than 500. We can put your logo on all kinds of packages.
