1. What is your MOQ for your products? Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But you can also order less than MOQ with a higher price. The bigger volume you order the better price you get.2. Can I get samples? Sure. We can send the samples of existing designs for free at your expense on courier . if it is a customized design, we charge extra USD 50 -150 for molding and sampling.3. How to make sure what I get is what I want? we confirm drawings with you before making molds, and send sample to you for approval before mass production. each shipment is to be inspected by our QC or the person you assigned before shipping. we also care the quality after sale. replenishment or replacement is offered if you have any problem with our products.4. What is the payment term if I want to place an order? 30% of deposit after placing orders and the balance to be paid before shipping. please contact us for other options.
5. Can you make customized designs or logo? yes, your customized designs or logo is welcome. we can also offer our professional opinions on designs.
6. Can I visit your factory? yes, you are always welcome to our factory. we are located in Shenzhen city where you could get easily by airplane or high speed train. we can pick you up from airport or train station.
