Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

Q2: Are your toys complied with safety standard?
A: We care for quality and care for children’s health. We use eco-friendly and non-toxic material to produce safe toys for children. Our products comply with testing standard for EN71, EN62115, EMC,ASTM,Phthalates Free,AZO Free.
Q3: How long is your delivery time? A: Generally we will send out the cargo in 10 days if we have ready stock.For cargo we don’t have stock, it will be 25-30 days which is subject to the quantity.
Q4: Do you provide free samples ? How long can I get the sample? A: Sample fee is necessary but refundable for order over 300pcs. For large order quantity, we provide free sample and shipping charge is borne by customers. For ready stock sample, we will send out within one week. For reproduced sample, it takes 15 days to prepare the sample.
Q5: What is your terms of payment ? A: We accept T/T, L/C, PAYPAL and Western Union.We would appreciate that you order online with trade assurance.
