Polman is a professional manufacturer of knitting garments, and has many advanced facilities. We have 10 automatic suspension garments production lines, two German GERBER automatic cutting machines and many other imported automatic facilities, which greatly improve our production efficiency as well as quality control. We also have lots of basic machines, such as four-thread wrapping machines, keyhole sleeve machines, rubber band machines, three needles and five thread machines, needle testing machines.
We have several strict inspection procedures.First of all, fabric inspection. We will check every fabric roll on the cloth inspecting machine before cutting. Secondly,garments inspection. After sewing finished, QC team will inspect the garments, cut the thread residues, clean dirty spots and take out the defects. Then garments will be passed to the iron procedure. Before packing, QC team needs to inspect each garment again to ensure the products meet the standard. All products will be strictly inspected before delivering to customers.
 
 
We also have a strong technical force. About 15 employees that specifically making samples are working in the sample room. And our daily output of sample garments is about 100pieces. The procedure of making a sample is the same as bulk. First if all, you need to draw the pattern on computer , and then print out to a paper, cut fabric panels, sew together, decorate trims, iron. After all these steps finished, Shifu will put on model to check the shape and measure the specs to ensure it is a qualified sample.

Q1: What’s your minimum order quantity?
Re: Our MOQ is 100pcs per design with different colors and mixed sizes.

Q2: Do you provide samples?
Re: Yes, free sample will be provided samples if you place an bulk order. You could also buy a single sample before place an bulk order so that you can get a better understanding of our products. And, don’t worry, we will return the sample cost whenever you place the bulk order.

Q3: What’s the lead time for the samples and how do you charge?
Re: Normally it will take 3-5 days for sampling. Our sample cost is 30USD/pc.

Q4: Can you do OEM or ODM for me?
A4: We accept all OEM/ODM orders, just contact us and give me your design.we will offer you reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.

Q5: Can we print our logo on the product?
Re: Sure, we can print your own logo. Pls send your logo design to us for sampling.

Q6: What is the return policy?
Re: We are happy to accept any return due to our quality issue.

Q7: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Re: It depends on your order’s quantity. Normally, for OEM/ODM orders, our production lead time is around 20-25days during high seasons, 15-20 days during low seasons. The RTS products can be shipped within 7 days.

Q8: Do you provide size chart?
Re: Yes, we will provide you size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer here.

Q9: What is the shipment and how do you charge?
Re: Normally we ship the goods by DHL express which only takes around 5-7 days reaching.
Charges depends on your good’s weight, volume and the destination you are going to arrive.

Q10: What are your payment terms?
Re: Our payment terms: TT, WU, Money gram, but PayPal only for sample order. 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipment. Also we are now using Trade Assurance. You can pay the payment through my Alibaba.
