2. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know bottle/Jar weight,pump size,cap material&weight,or glass bottle decration method, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.

3.How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have stocks bottles,we can ship immediately as you wish.

4. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.

5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

6. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items,we can send immediately.Af for shipping charge,if you are new customer for our company,only provide us fedex,dhl or tnt or ups account number for freight collect.If You are our old customer,we can send free samples exclude the certain items.If you want special decoration or printing at package bottles,we can fast making samples in 7days based at reasonable sample charges.

8. How do you control the quality?
All our bottles meet the SGS/TUV/ISO8317 request,and our PE&PET bottles are disinfected in EO sterilization .

9. If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
Glad to say we have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
