S&P Industries Sdn Bhd was established in 1983, pioneered the manufacturing and production of instant coconut milk powder in Malaysia. S&P is passionate about delivering quality coconut food products with its natural flavour and nutritious attributes in a convenient form. Today, S&P has expanded its production capabilities and goes beyond just coconut milk powder, producing coconut milk, coconut spread, coconut water, desiccated coconut; and many more innovative coconut products to come.

We are Malaysian’s largest coconut milk powder manufacturer in terms of production capacity and capabilities of 8,000 metric tons annually. We manufacture, package and sell various coconut-based products under four core brands: Santan, Kerra, Rasa Enak and Cocos. To date, we have a global presence with an international network of distributors and customers in over 40 countries worldwide.

S&P with Tetra Therm® Aseptic VTIS

S&P has invested in the latest packing technology with Tetrapak, for premium quality and aseptic products. The Tetra Therm® Aseptic VTIS has long represented state-of-the-art technology, which is a processing unit for continuous UHT treatment with direct steam injection. This ensures both the nutritional value and the taste of our products are well preserved.

Systematic Manufacturing Processes

Our Plant is equipped with a multi-stage spray dryer. Our production system is fully automated and monitored centrally, from the cleaning of our raw materials to our spray drying process, right through to its clean-in-place function. Our fully automated system and minimal human intervention production approach ensures that we deliver consistently high quality products to our customers.

Technological Investments

By using our multi-stage spray dryer for coconut cream powder production, we are able to attain a maximum production capacity of 4,500 metric tonnes per annum. This places our Group as the leading coconut cream powder manufacturer in Malaysia in terms of production capacity.

1. Are you a manufacturer?

• Yes, we are the pioneer in the coconut milk powder manufacturing since 1983. Our factory is located in Bagan Datuk, Perak, Malaysia.

2. What is the lead time?

• For samples, usually it will take about 2-6 weeks, depending on the delivery location but subject to product availability.
• For orders of existing products, 1-2 months and for OEM products, 3-4 months from packaging artwork approval

3. May I order it with my own packing design/label?

• Yes, we provide OEM services

4. What details are required to obtain a quotation?

• Preferred shipment term (Incoterms, Port of destination, etc.)
• Order Quantity
• Type of product(s) interested 

5. Can buyers cancel the order after placing it? What is the penalty?

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed by buyers. Penalty: Advance payment will be forfeited. 

6. What is the standard packing used?

• In carton boxes. Different options are available upon request.

7. What is the MOQ?

• It depends on the product type and pack-size.
