Description of performance and operation

1 Take out the sterilized stapler from the packing box. Rotate the adjusting nut in anticlockwise. Reveal the red protection cover of the card reed that is in the anvil (Picture 1). Then extract the anvil (Picture 2) ,at last take out the red protection cover

2 Pack the pouch of the stomas as normal. Put the anvil into the pouch that should be anastomotic , tie the pouch tightly (Picture 4) and cut the extra tissue beyond the pouch(The extra tissue beyond the pouch can not be too large ). The thickness of the stapler tissue is between 1.0mm to 2.5mm, if exceeding the scope, the operator can not open the safety lock and do the anastomosis with force.
3 Plug the anvil in the guiding shaft. If there is a snapping sound, the anvil is already installed in the stapler (Picture 5).
Rotate the adjusting nut in clockwise. Make the tissue that should be anastomotic at both ends close up. Let the red needle that is in the indicating window of the clearance adjustment enter into the green area (Picture 6). Ensure it before triggering.

4 Reconfirm the anvil install correctly. And reconfirm the red needle that is in the indicating window of the clearance
adjustment enter into the green area. Pull down the red safety lock (Picture 7), grip the free handle, and trigger (Picture 8).
When hearing a sound from the cutter ring, loosen the free handle and it means the anastomosis operation finishes. After confirming, the free handle is reset and the safety lock is put into its initial position.

5 Rotate the adjusting nut in anticlockwise 1-2 turns. After lossening the anvil, rotate the stapler 90 degrees left and right respectively. While rotating, gently swaying left and right and pulling , and finally pulling out the stapler .
6 After anastomosis, the operator must check the cut tissue and ensure the surrounding tissue is complete. Once found there is coloboma in the cut tissue, the operator should suture extra several needles for the corresponding part.
