Q: This is the first time to purchase the packaging, not sure how to start it, what’s the information i need to provide just in order to get a price?
A: 1.Bag Type; 2.Material; 3. Size; 4. Thickness; 5.The quantity of colors; 6. Usage.
        But if you have no idea, we can suggest you these necessary details based on our experience.

Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: It’s decided by the size, however, it’s always negotiable. If you need roll film, usually the MOQ is 200Kg. And for the plastic pouch, usually the MOQ is 20,000pcs.

Q: How many colors can you make? What color can I use?
A: Up to 9 colors. Pantone colors as well as the common 4 colors(CMYK)process, any colors is available.

Q: I want to use the bag to pack my product, it is food, is it ok?
A: Of course, all our bags are food grade, and meet FDA&EU standard.

Q: Can I have the bag with graphic design and my logo printing?
A: No problem, we accept OEM.

Q: What’s your lead time?
A: Generally speaking, it’s about 8-15 days. But the lead time is just for your reference.

Q: How can I make the bag closed?
A: All our bags are heat sealable, they can be closed easily with simple heat sealer.

Q: Can I have the samples?
A: Yes, but clients should bear the freight.
