3.If you don’t have your specified forwarders freight, we can find the cheapest forwarders freight to ship the goods to your point port.

A:Our factory has 6 years experience in plush toys manufacture. And all of our workers have 5-10 years experience in plush toys. We check the finished toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.

Q:How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

A:Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.

What’s the payment terms?

After confirmation of sample. We accept T/T (bank transfer), 30% Deposit in advance, Balance settled before shipping.
