A2 – For solid style with available yarns, it generally takes about 7 days to get samples made. For more complicated styles, such as screen printing, jacquard, woven yarn dyed, etc., it will take a longer time.

A3 – Yes, you can send the design requirement and we can make samples for you accordingly,
Q4 – What’s the production lead time?
A4 – If the bulk is in stock, we can ship out within 2-7 days atfer payment. If OEM, the lead time is based on the specific order quantity and customized requirements.
Q5 – How can you ensure the quality of production?
A5 – We will confirm all production details before production. When products are done, we will send you pictures to check. We will ship production after receiving you approval of all details.
