Type 1 SPD
The Type 1 SPD is recommended in the specific case of service-sector and industrial buildings, protected by a lightning protection system or a meshed cage.It protects electrical installations against direct lightning strokes. It can discharge the back-current from lightning spreading from the earth conductor to the network conductors.Type 1 SPD is characterized by a 10/350 µs current wave.
Type 2 SPD
The Type 2 SPD is the main protection system for all low voltage electrical installations. Installed in each electrical switchboard, it prevents the spread of overvoltages in the electrical installations and protects the loads.Type 2 SPD is characterized by an 8/20 µs current wave.
Type 3 SPD
These SPDs have a low discharge capacity. They must therefore mandatorily be installed as a supplement to Type 2 SPD and in the vicinity of sensitive loads.Type 3 SPD is characterized by a combination of voltage waves (1.2/50 μs) and current waves (8/20 μs).

60ka’s SPD may correspond to current 32-63A power supply system.
80KA’s SPD may correspond to current 63-100A power supply system.

Q: Which TYPE of surge protector you can offer?
A: We can produce both DC and AC surge protectors.Ac types are available from T1,T1T2,T3 in single-phase or three-phase SPD.Dc types are available in 600V to 1200V SPD with additional voltage customized.The SPD of 1P-4P are placed at the household,entrance point of the installation, in the main distribution board for a global protection of this installation.
Q: Which certification or standard do you have?
A: Our company currently has CE and RoHS certification and related test reports.And all conforms to IEC 61643-11 and national standard GB/T18802.1.
Q: How to select the model to protect you system?
A: AC type can currently produce models of 10/20KA, 20/40ka, 30/60ka, 40/80ka, 60/100ka, which can meet the power supply system with corresponding current in 10-16A, 16-32A,32-63A,63A-100V,125A. If you have additional requirements, please consult a salesman.
Q: Can the product be remotely monitored?
A: All SPDS can be equipped with chips and remote terminals in the base,and connected to the instructions on the outside of the distribution box for alarm and remote monitoring.
Q: Do you make all the accessories yourself?
A: We produce and design all accessories ourself from the shell to MOV and terminals inside.So can ensure the production phase and strictly control the quality of surge protector.
Q: How to control product quality?
A: Our company has our own laboratory and will be randomly selected to test quality for large quantiies.Every product will betested for voltage and current which need pass the test.
A: At present,our company only has T1T2 and T2 type dc spd and the minimum current need to be 20/40kA.If under the current,the chip cant carry the voltage of 600-1200v which will cause the buring.The market is full of products with substandard voltage orcurrent,plz choose carefully.
Q: About the mov chip.
A: We can sell the chip separately and you can choose mov with different currents and voltage.You can ask the people to send youthe catalog to select the model.
Q: About the delivery time.
A: At present,our company don’t make product in stock and all spd need produce.Plz comfirm the delivery time with salesman when you order.
