Q1:Describe the engineering quality of your product, including the materials, components, and processes used to make the product, and how their quality relates to the product’s intended use.

A1:The robot is made of plastic and metal. Plastic materials have ABS/PC/PMMA, metal materials havealuminum alloy, S45C, stainless steel, and Zinc coated steel.ABS plastic material is used for the goodappearance and hand feeling, and the surface is sprayed on. The head mask part of the robot is made of PC material, which is chosen to make the mask transparent and ensure that it is not easy to be damaged and deformed in the process of later disassembly and transportation. ABS is the material of the body and head internal bracket, because this material has good shaping and toughness, light weight, and can achieve a good fixing effect. The inner bracket of The chassis is made of aluminum alloy, any Zinc coated steel, stainless steel plate, S45C and stainless steel. For the chassis, both to have a supporting role, and convenient transportation to reduce weight, so the chassis of the internal bracket is made of aluminum alloy profiles, and some connecting fittings choose S45C and stainless steel. On the premise of accuracy requirement, the selection of Zinc coated steel processed sheet metal can play a good support effect and reduce the cost.

A2:The cartoon appearance is designed to be more close to people. This product has the voice interaction function of intelligent human-computer interaction technology based on deep learning and natural language processing, which can better interact with people and bring people a better sense of experience. Meanwhile, it has face recognition technology, which can recognize specific users and provide different service functions according to different users. SLAM technology based on multiple sensors such as lidar and deep camera enables the robot to adapt to different scenarios more quickly and provide better navigation experience for users.

A3:The product adopts natural language processing technology based on deep learning and combines with AI technology to enable the robot to have strong interaction ability and continuously learn and improve its skills according to users’ habits. With the laser radar, binocular depth, the ultrasonic sensors, infrared sensors, cameras and other SLAM of multi-sensor data fusion technology, make the robot can adapt to the complex environment, and build figure done quickly, and navigation, and combining with AI technology, robot can according to the change of environment from fixed map, to provide users with better navigation service
