A:For our stock item, MOQ is 100 pcs. For custom order, MOQ is 1000 pcs/model.

Sample time is 5 to 7 days, Production time is 7 to 10 days for order under 1000sets. 15 to 20 days for order over 1000sets.

Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side.For customized sample,We will charge sample fee,after place order,We will refund the sample fee. 

Q: Can I get a lower price if I order large quantity?

A: Yes, cheaper prices with more bigger size order.

Q:Are all the material safe?

A: Yes, all material are safe, they are ECO-FRIENDLY and NON-TOXIC, EU and US standard is available, please to inform us if you need to test so we can check the testing cost for you.

Q:Can I print the logo on it?

A:OEM&ODM are available, you can print your own logo on the sticker and paste on the product surface;or if possible, we can print your logo directly onto the product. 

Q:How can I pay you? 
A: After you confirm our PI, we will sending you a link from alibaba trade assurance or we can provide our T/T account so you can transfer to our account directly. Payment Method: T/T , Western Union, Money Gram.
