What does it mean when water flows through the main body and it becomes warm?

At the start of water flow, warm water may flow out due to room temperature or heat from the main body during stoppage. This is not a malfunction. Use the machine after the water flows.

There are white substances on the bottom of my alkaline ionized water storage container. What are these?

This is caused by the calcium and mineral substances in alkaline ionized water. Particularly, if the carboxyl group (CO3) is present, it will bind to the calcium carbonate (Ca CO3), creating such substances. This is the evidence of electrolysis and that your system is working. Although it is safe to drink, we recomned that you wash the container, add one spoon of white vinegar and water to the container, leave the container for 1 hour, and then wash the container.

What is Water Ionizers’ product warranty?

The warranty that is in effect at the time the machine is purchased is the one that is honored.
The warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas. Neglect includes using the unit in a matter inconsistent with the directions in the owner’s manual, as well as breakage resulting from dropping the unit or other carelessness.
