Q3. For the customs order, can I just pay a deposit. Then you can start manufacture?
A: Yes, we accept 30% deposit first, then 70% before shippment.

A: Yes, we are a 15 years manufacturer. For the halogen lamp, we guarantee 1 month. For the LED light, we guarantee 1 year. For the mather board guarantee and other accessories 5 years.

A: Any light we will be test 48 hours in our workshop. We ensure any light is perfect when you delivery. But if you find any light is breakdown, we will be bear return cost to refund or send a new light to you.
Q7. If we don’t know how can install and use stage light, can you help us?
A: Sure, we will provide technical support and teaching controller service. Also, If you need site instruction, we will arrange
our engineer go to your country to help you solve the whole stage light project.
