1. Product introduction:

The intelligent emergency shutoff valve for natural gas is installed on the pressure fluid outgoing pipeline to prevent pipeline overpressure, pipeline leakage and other accidents, and realize the safety control of the pressure fluid pipeline. The emergency shutoff valve produced by our company, based on meeting the mechanical and electrical automatic protection functions, can be customized to add remote control, ultra-high pressure protection, and ultra-low pressure protection functions according to customer needs.







2.Main functions:

1）Mechanical automatic protection function: Under the condition of no external power, when the pipeline medium pressure transiently fluctuates beyond the set value, the automatic shutoff function can be realized instantly;





2）In case of automatic operation, when the pipeline pressure exceeds the upper and lower limits set by the program, the device can give an alarm and conduct shutoff to realize the electrical automatic protection function;





3）Function of self-memory and self-reset after power-off
The system will memorize the execution status of the device at the moment of power failure. After being powered on again, the device will execute the uncompleted instructions at the moment of power failure or restore the status of the device at the moment of power failure;





4）Intelligent deviation correction function
When the equipment system is normal and the valve is opened (the green light is always on), press the green valve opening button for 5s to activate the intelligent deviation correction function.
5）Function of keeping valve open
The system will memorize the execution status of the device at the moment of power failure.
