Q1: Wonder if you accept small orders? A1: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us .in order to get more orders and give our clients more convenient ,we accept small order. Q2: Can you send products to my country? A2: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you, we have long-cooperated shipping forwarder. Q3: Can you do OEM for me? A3: We accept all OEM orders,just contact us and give us your designs. We will offer you a reasonable price and develpe samples for you ASAP. Q4:Can we use our own brand label? A4:Yes,you can use your own brand label.The brand label can be sent from you or we produce the label for your specially. Q5: What’s your payment terms ? A5: 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment. Q6: How can I place the order? A6: Firstly, we will issue our PI for your checking, if every details are ok, you can sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After we finished production, you pay the balance payment. Finally we will ship out the Goods and send all shipping docs including B/L or AWB for your tracking and checking. Q7: How do you control quality? A7: We have professional QC team, control the quality during the mass production and inspect the completely goods before shipping. Q8: When can I get the quotation ?
