A:Custom design are welcomed, we are willing to hear your requests on design.
Q:HOW DO YOU TEST THE QUALITY?
A:We have full sets of inspection machines : color-test, vibration, ect.
We also control the quality from in-material/accessories/online QC/final products QC/QC before shipping.
We do 100% quality control for our customers, also we can send to the third party inspection institution to test based on your standard.
Q: How can you protect my design and my brand?
The confidential information will not be disclosed, reproduced, or disseminated in any way. We can sign a confidentiality and Non- Disclosure Agreement with you and our sub-contractors
Q: What is your production capacity?
2 million pcs bags regular stock, and will be produced 600,000 per month
Q:. We are located at the East coast of US, what are the shipping options?
It is subject to your budget & timing. Usually, we will choose cheap carrier for you and delivery time will be 8-15 days. Most customers accept it. If you’re in urgent, we can ship by DHL. If quantity is big, ship by sea.
