The predecessor of Shantou Xinle Stationery & Gifts Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989 and has been engaged in the production of injection molding technology. The factory changed and registered the “Xin Le” brand in 2014 and has more than 30 years of injection molding experience. The factory has many injection molding machines, plastic color mixing machines, plastic dryers, plastic crushers and other basic injection molding production equipment. In order to have better requirements and control on product quality, the factory is equipped with multiple pad printers, silk screen printers, and thermal transfer machines for printing needs, as well as multiple imported automatic blade loading machines.

In September 2018, the company registered a new brand: “UP TOP” This brand mainly develops creative stationery of educational building blocks. Turn the building block toys that accompany children’s growth into the most reliable stationery partner, so that children will love painting and learning more. For this series of products, the factory has set up a R&D center built with building blocks, built with intelligent software, and introduced the most advanced fully automatic smart building block packaging machine. The packaging accuracy rate can reach 99.8 %.

In order to increase production capacity, the factory moved to a new plant with 5,500 square meters in December 2019, and the number of employees increased to 70-80.
