It is popular as a gift.We use 100% of “Yamadanishiki” rice from Hyogo prefecture, which is suitable for sake brewing. Polished rice up to 35% and using only high quality rice.

We located in japanese famous mountain resort area. It takes around 20 minutes driving from Kusatsu Onsen where is famous Hot Spring resort. We are a japanese sake brewery with a history of 150 years.We manufacture alcoholic beverage products in-house, mainly japanese sake. Our brewers (Kurabito) have inherited 150 years of traditional technology and have made japanese sake using the latest data and technology, and have won many awards.Especially recently, we are focusing on terroir concept brewing using locally produced rice, including cultivation in our own rice fields.In addition, all pure-rice sake have vegan certification.
