Q: Can you print film at my design ?
A: We provide customization printing service. Please send us pic in format: .AI or .CDR .eps , or .tiff,and
let us know the film width you want, We will email you the details of this service.
Q: Do you offer freight discount ?
A: We will quote you freight at the discount price we get form express company, and there are big
UPS/Fedex freight discount for more than 20 KGS (About 400 sqm film) order.
Q:What if the shipping cargo were damaged or in shortage?
A: We will well pack water transfer printing films in carton box and wrapped with tapes, and we choose
the best express company ( UPS/FedEx/EMS/DHL) to avoid shipping damage.
